No – not at all. Oodle has never engaged in discretionary commission arrangements, so none of our customers are impacted
What has happened?
The Regulator has announced an investigation into the historic use of ‘discretionary commission arrangements’ between motor finance providers and Intermediaries (such as brokers and car dealerships). This investigation is to understand whether customers are due compensation and the best way for that to be dealt with.
