Some vehicle owners are concerned that their vehicle will not start if they’re not using it frequently due to restrictions around COVID-19.

To keep your vehicle in good condition, turn your vehicle on every couple of days. This will keep the fluids cycling through the engine and keep everything lubricated. It will also prevent liquids from building up in certain areas and ensure that your battery stays in check.

It is also important to turn your vehicle on and let it run for approximately 10 minutes so it can reach its full operating temperature.

If you are not using your vehicle regularly, the battery can slowly discharge which will cause the vehicle to not start when eventually wanting to use it.
