I’ve received a call with someone claiming to be from Oodle, what if it’s a scam?

Unsolicited calls can be frustrating! For peace of mind, you can give us a call Monday to Friday 9am–5.30pm on 01865 477826 to check if we've tried to contact you.  

Remember, we do not share your personal data with any third parties unless they are a partner working on our behalf.  If your data is shared with one of our third parties, you will be provided with their privacy notice. 

Some companies can find your contact details from publicly available sources or through third-party marketing lists.

To help reduce unwanted calls, did you know you can register your number with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS)? It's a free service that helps prevent unsolicited sales and marketing calls. You can register online at www.tpsonline.org.uk

If you believe your data has been misused, you can also report the call to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at www.ico.org.uk.
